16/10/2017DAHER ROLLS-OUT THE 200TH TBM 900-SERIES

Daher announced the roll-out of its 200th TBM 900-series very fast turboprop aircraft since the introduction of this upgraded family in March 2014. The milestone airplane, serial number 1200, is a TBM 910 version to be received this week by Cutter Aviation in San Antonio – a Daher-authorized TBM distributor for the U.S. states of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri.

In a donation honoring 100 years of the French-American aviation relationship, a full-sized Morane-Saulnier Type L “Parasol” aeroplane replica will join the prestigious Experimental Aircraft Association’s EAA Aviation Museum collection in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Daher today announced it will offer avionics kits that upgrade all TBM models equipped with G1000 – which includes TBM 850, TBM 900 and some modernized TBM 700 – to the Garmin G1000 NXi next-generation integrated flight deck configuration.

A flightworthy replica of the World War I-era Morane-Saulnier Type L “Parasol” aeroplane – an ancestor to Daher’s TBM very fast turboprop aircraft – will be showcased for the first time during this month’s EAA AirVenture Oshkosh fly-in, held July 24-30 at Wittman Regional Airport, Wisconsin.
