RUAG Aviation has successfully completed the overhaul of two Winslow life rafts, achieving an outstanding turnaround time of less than 24 hours. The two rafts, arrived at the RUAG’s Component Shop in Munich at 14.53 on 23 January.

The one-stop shop at RUAG Aviation in Munich optimized the downtime required for a Bombardier Challenger CL604 heavy maintenance event. Responding to the request of the aircraft owner, the 192-month maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) inspection included a full cabin refurbishment for the older aircraft.
