TAG Aviation (UK) Ltd has demonstrated its commitment to safety by successfully renewing International Standard Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) Stage 3 certification, the highest level of achievement to be awarded by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC). The UK-based operating Centre also renewed its accreditation to the Wyvern Wingman safety program last summer.

TrueNoord, the regional aircraft lessor, has closed the first tranche of a term financing facility with DVB bank and PK AirFinance of Luxembourg for four of the six Embraer E190 aircraft that it purchased from BOC Aviation in January with leases attached. These four aircraft are operated by AeroMexico and TUI (Jetairfly) Belgium.

Textron Aviation Inc. announced that the third aircraft in the Cessna Citation Longitude flight test program recently completed its first flight. Test pilots Corey Eckhart and UJ Pesonen, along with flight test engineer Mike Bradfield, successfully tested various systems throughout the one-hour and 40-minute flight.
