SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. –December 30, 2015 – Working in conjunction with Rockwell Collins, StandardAero’s Springfield, Illinois business aviation MRO facility, has completed its first Rockwell Collins TTR-4100 TCAS 7.1 Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for a Falcon 50EX aircraft.
Jet Aviation Basel recently installed two Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 Avionic upgrades: one on a Dassault Falcon 2000; the other on a Dassault Falcon 2000EX. The company has also developed a Pro Line 21 support kit to reduce expected downtime of such installations to six weeks.

StandardAero recently completed its first certified ADS-B solution for an Embraer Legacy 650 aircraft at the company’s Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) MRO facility. Along with the ADS-B installation, StandardAero also completed a full Wide Area Augmentation System (WAAS) GPS upgrade. Both upgrades were performed through Embraer Service Bulletins.
Embraer Executive Jets today announced the order for a new Legacy 650 large jet to an undisclosed customer, based in the Middle East. This order adds to the 29 Legacy 650s and Legacy 600s that are currently operating in the Middle East. The aircraft is scheduled to be received at the end of 2015 and will be managed by Titan Aviation Group, a global aviation specialty service provider headquartered in the United Arab Emirates.
